钒钛烧结矿配加北非粉的研究与实践

摘要 介绍了承钢配加北非粉,提高钒钛烧结矿Si O2含量的研究与实践过程。以实验室烧结杯试验为基础,结合生产实践,在配加10%北非粉时烧结矿Si O2含量提高到5.0%以上,促进了烧结过程物料粘结,降低了钒钛烧结矿返矿率,提高了钒钛烧结矿强度。 The research and practice to add iron ore powder coming form North Africa to increase the SiO2 content in vanadium- titanium sinter are introduced. Based on the laboratory sintering pot test and the production practice,the SiO2 content in sinter is increased to over 5. 0% when adding 10% of North Africa pow-der,and that helps materials sticking in sintering,reduces rate of return fines of vanadium- titanium sinter,and improves strength of sinter.
