摘要
采用酸性铵盐沉淀法,以25~30 g/L沉淀原液为研究对象,进行高浓度钒液沉钒研究。以硫酸铝为钒液净化剂,通过控制钒液净化过程温度、酸度等工艺条件,得到优质、高浓度沉钒原液;沉钒过程中,通过控制钒液pH值、加铵系数、加酸温度等得到合格的优质钒酸铵。应用高浓度沉钒工艺后,吨钒降低新水消耗10 m^3,减少了沉钒工序蒸汽及电力消耗,增强了产品的竞争力。
With rawprecipitation solution of 25 to 30 g / L as object and acid ammonium salt precipitation method,the vanadium precipitation process is researched for high- concentration vanadium liquid: taking aluminum sulfate as decontaminant, controlling temperature and acidity in vanadium liquid purification process,high- quality high- concentration rawprecipitation solution can be got; the qualified high- quality ammonium vanadate can be got in the process by controlling pH value of vanadium liquid,ammonium adding coefficient and acid adding temperature. With the above process,the clean water consumption per ton of vanadium is reduced by 10 m^3,vapor and electricity consumption decreased.
