摘要 从理论上分析了高炉钒钛矿冶炼中硅在铁水中的迁移行为规律和控制措施,介绍了承钢2 500 m3高炉钒钛矿低硅冶炼中硅平衡的测算和生铁含硅的主要来源。该高炉通过原燃料管理、调整操作制度、提高管理水平等措施,使其冶炼钒钛磁铁矿时生铁中的硅含量大幅度降低,高炉生产做到了长周期稳定顺行。 It is analyzed in theory the transfer behavior lawof silicon in hot metal in vanadium- titanium ore smelting in blast furnace and the control measures,introduced the measure and calculation of silicon balance in the low- silicon smelting of vanadium- titanium ore in 2 500 m^3 blast furnace of Cheng Steel and the main source of silicon in pig iron. With measures adopted in this furnace: strengthening rawand fuel materials management,adjusting operation system and improving the level of management,the silicon content in pig iron in smelting reduced to a large extent,the long- time steady operation of the blast furnace production realized.
