宣钢提高硬线钢盘条质量的措施

摘要 针对宣钢二钢轧厂Φ6.5 mm硬线钢盘条在客户拉拔至Φ1.8~3.0 mm时断丝比例偏高的问题,分析了主要原因。通过采取提高转炉终点拉碳、控制精炼成分的命中率、降低中间包钢水过热度、调整轧钢加热温度和吐丝温度、加强工艺过程控制管理等措施,铸坯的内部缺陷减少,硬线钢盘条的气体含量有所减少,断面收缩率大幅度提高,得到了用户的肯定。 The main reason is analyzed for too high rate of broken of 6. 5 mm hard- wire steel bar when drewto Φ1. 8 to 3. 0 mm in customer utilization. With measures adopted: increasing converter end catch carbon,controlling the hit rate of refining composition,reducing overheating of molten steel in tundish,adjusting heating and wire- drawing temperatures,strengthening process control and management,the inner defects is reduced,the air content in hard- wire steel wire bar gets lower,fracture surface shrinkage rate gets raised to a large extent.
