介绍了辉光放电光谱仪的分析原理、设备构造与性能特点,重点介绍了其在金属材料表面元素含量检测中的应用实例。下一步,辉光放电光谱技术将探索用于铁合金、矿石等粉末状样品的检测。
It is introduced the analysis principle,equipment structure and properties characteristics of glowdischarge spectrometer,as well as in emphasis its application examples in measurement of surface elements content of metal materials. As the next step,the technique shall be explored to apply in powder- like samples such as ferroalloy and iron ore.
