高炉煤气、焦炉煤气物理化学性能相差甚远,为了合理利用这2种燃料,一种可以任意比例地混烧并且做到不停炉的锅炉——高炉、焦炉煤气掺烧锅炉用切换双套燃烧系统高差布置和尾部烟道闸板系统撤投,很好地实现了高炉煤气、焦炉煤气2种燃气任意比掺烧,操作简单方便,燃料变化随意切换,无需停炉;克服了水冷壁过热器爆管问题,将尾部排烟温度控制在合理范围内;同时非常适合高炉煤气纯烧锅炉和低比例焦炉煤气掺烧高炉煤气燃气锅炉的扩容改造。

Blast furnace gas and coke oven gas has different physical and chemical capabilities, in order to use them rightly, a kind of boiler was used to be burned with arbitrary proportion blast furnace gas and coke oven gas but also could not stop working that was changed one gas burner or the other one, used or not used the back-end ductwork smoke flue damper system, realize the goal of arbitrary proportion blast furnace gas and mix burning in the same boiler, using easily and simply,gas can be changed at any moment, needn＇t stop working. Tide over water-cool wall pipes and stage superheater pipes were rived with much too hot energy, let tail smoke go out with the right area, simultaneity suit for blast furnace gas boiler and low proportion coke oven gas mix burning boiler to be broadened.
