摘要
大型发电厂发电机主回路、高压厂用分支回路、高压励磁分支及PT回路分支采用离相封闭母线,会出现结露、绝缘下降、接地隐患等诸多问题。严重时甚至造成无法启机、运行中保护动作跳机等重大事故。通过对各种影响封闭母线绝缘性能因素的分析,采用多种技术措施,全面整改,包括对封闭母线进行检漏、补漏、改造微正压装置、更换新型绝缘子、改变运行方式等方法提高了封闭母线的绝缘性能,保障了机组的安全运行。
Through the analysis of the various effects of enclosed bus bar insulation performance factors, using a variety of technical measures, the comprehensive rectification, plugging the transformation of micro positive pressure device, the replacement of new insulator, change the operation mode of method improves the insulation performance of closed bus,guarantee the safe operation of the unit.
