摘要
为研究围岩对风流温度的影响,分析了围岩调热圈形成的各时期及影响调热圈的因素,利用FLUENT对干燥巷道风流受围岩传热的影响进行模拟.研究结果表明:巷道内风流速度相对较小时,围岩对风流温度的影响就相对明显;随着风流距离入风端距离的增加,风流温度的变化与巷道围岩调热圈半径变化相关;风流温度在变化过程中分为3个阶段:初期阶段,缓步阶段与稳定阶段;在巷道风流温度变化的各阶段中初期阶段所占长度比例为77.2%,缓步阶段所占长度比例为11.55%,稳定阶段所占长度比例为11.25%.
To study the influence of airflow temperature by surrounding rock, this paper discussed the periods of heat regulating ring formation and the factors influencing the heat regulating ring. The airflow in dry roadway affected by surrounding rock is simulated by FLUENT. The study finds that the temperature of airflow under the influence of surrounding rock is obvious with the slow airflow. With the increasing distance of the airflow the changing temperature of airflow is related to the radius of heat regulating ring. The process of the airflow temperature changing can be divided into three stages: preliminary stage, stroll stage and the stabilization stage. The ratio of each stage in roadway based on length shows that preliminary stage 77.2%, stroll stage 11.55% and the stabilization stage 11.25%.
