在对"美丽中国"基本内涵分析的基础上,认为旅游业具有生产美丽、销售美丽、传播美丽的功能,是建设"美丽中国"最有优势、最富潜力的产业,旅游业在"美丽中国"建设中大有可为。提出将旅游业作为建设"美丽中国"的基础工程和核心产业,以"美丽中国"为引领,推动旅游业形成新的增长点,将"美丽中国"作为对外宣传形象,推广永久国家形象创新旅游业发展路径。

On the basis of analyzing the connotation of the “Beautiful China” , we come to a conclusion that tourism has a function to produce beauty , sell beauty and spread beauty and is also the most advantageous and the most potential industry to build “Beautiful China” . Tourism has a great significance on the “Beautiful China” construction . So we should regard tourism as a based engineering and core industry in the process of building “Beautiful China” . With the guide of “Beautiful China” , a new growth point of tourism will be promoted . It is a path to innovating and developing tourism by taking “Beautiful China” as a publicity image and popularizing the permanent national image .
