政校行企协同共建特色专业学院的实践探索

Exploration and Practice of Construction of Characteristic Professional College with Collaboration among Government, School and Enterprise

按照政校行企协同发展思路,在对广州高职院校特色专业学院建设实证分析的基础上,针对政校行企共建特色专业学院的系统性探索实践不足,尚未形成多方共建的体系、可示范的经验模式等问题,提出深化高职院校内部管理改革,建立特色专业群建设"特区",健全校企合作机制,搭建教师服务企业、提升技能的平台,形成政校行企协同发展的良好环境,深化和拓展校企合作深度和广度;构建政校行企管理体制,引导不同类型高职院校走特色化发展,提升学校的办学实力,提高人才培养质量。

According to the development idea of collaboration among government, school and enterprise, based on the empirical analysis of building characteristic professional college in Guangzhou, and focusing on problems such as lack of a systematic exploration and practice of building characteristic professional colleges with joint efforts by government, schools and enterprises, and a multi-party system with demonstrable experience mode yet to be established, it is proposed that the reform of the internal management of higher vocational colleges should be deepened, to establish a ＂special zone＂ with specialty group construction, improve school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, and build platform for teachers to serve enterprise and enhance skills, with the formation of favorable environment of collaboration among government, school and enterprise, and improvement of the depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation; Moreover, the management system of collaboration among government, school and enterprise should be built guiding different types of vocational colleges to characteristic development, with the purpose of enhancement of the strength of running schools and improving the quality of personnel training.
