Characteristics of Talents Training Mode of English Major Postgraduates at University of Warsaw in Poland and Their Implications

该文主要介绍了波兰华沙大学英语专业硕士研究生的人才培养模式,重点就其硕士课程体系、人才培养特色进行了分析。同时,对我国英语专业硕士研究生人才培养模式进行了思考。提出:我国英语专业硕士研究生的人才培养工作需要建立规范的硕士课程体系,重视硕士研究生研究方向,加强硕士研究生科研能力,提高硕士论文撰写质量。

This paper provides a brief overview of talents training mode of English major postgraduates at University of Warsaw in Poland, which focuses on analyzing its master＇s curriculum system and characteristics of talents training mode. Meanwhile, it also takes into consideration of talents training mode of English major postgraduates in China. It points out that talents training mode of English major postgraduates in China needs to establish standard master＇s curriculum system, value postgraduates＇ research directions, enhance postgraduates＇ research abilities and improve the quality of M.A. thesis paper writing.
