Caring about Students' Growth and Being a Genuine Moral Educator

"师者,传道、授业、解惑也"。现在教育中的困惑实在太多,我们教育工作者不仅要为学生解惑,为家长解惑,对人生的价值取向解惑,更要为教育的价值、教育的观念等一系列教育中所出现的问题解惑。作为教师应该关注学生,欣赏学生,关爱学生的成长,做一个名副其实的德育工作者。

A teacher is one who propagates the doctrine, imparts professional knowledge, and resolves doubts. In contemporary education, there is too much confusion, so educators should not only resolve students＇ doubts, their parents＇ doubts, as well as the doubts in the value orientation of life, but also resolve various doubts including the values and concepts of education. As a teacher, one should pay attention to students, appreciate students,and care about their growth, so as to be a genuine moral educator.
