摘要
我们分析了光子晶体超晶格的能带结构 ,光子晶体超晶格的能带与半导体超晶格的相同 ,都有能带的折叠现象。一维光子晶体超晶格的每条能带被折叠成 M条 ,二维光子晶体超晶格的每一条能带被折叠成 M2 条 ,M是每个维度晶格放大的倍数。显然如果是三维光子晶体超晶格 ,每一条能带将被折叠成 M3条。
We analyzed the energy band structure in photonic crystal superlattice. We found the phenomena of energy band fold in photonic crystal superlattice as well as that of semiconductor superlattice. Every energy band was fold into M pieces in one dimension photonic crystal and M2 pieces in two-dimension photonic crystal respectively. Here M represents the amplified multiple in every dimension lattice. It's obvious that every energy band can be fold into M3 pieces in three-dimension photonic crystal superlattice.
