摘要
本文针对完全学分制这种新兴的教学管理制度,从完全学分制下学习的特点,自主学习模式与传统模式的区别及教学支持服务等方面,探讨了学生在该模式下的自主学习与教师的教学适应问题。完全学分制促使了学生自主、灵活地学习,但学生的自主学习离不开教学的支持。因此在完全学分制下,唯有将学生的自主学习与学校的教学适应有效结合才能达到理想的效果。
Aiming at the complete credit system, an emerging system of teaching management, this paper discusses the problems, such as the students' autonomous learning and the teachers' teaching adaption under this system. All these issues are discussed based upon the learning characteristics under the full credit system, the difference between the autonomous learning and the traditional learning, and the services of teaching support. The complete credit system enables the students to learn autonomously and flexibly. However, the students' autonomous learning depends on the teaching support too. Therefore, under the complete credit system, ideal effect will be achieved via effectively combining the students' autonomous learning and the colleges' teaching adaption.
