摘要 真正的课堂教学往往充满各类"意外",教师处理课堂教学意外的机敏、能力和态度就是教育智慧。教育智慧之于教师是专业成长的必经之路,教育智慧之于学生是提升学生素养、培养其创新精神的方式,教育智慧之于教材是充分发挥其辅助教学功能的有效手段。在新课程改革的背景之下,教师要正视教育智慧、珍视意外、因势利导,不断促进教师自身的专业成长。 The real classroom teaching is often full of all kinds of"unexpected things", the teacher's wit, ability and attitude to dealwith the unexpected things is education wisdom. Education wis-dom is an inevitable path for the teacher's professional develop-ment, a way to improve students' quality and cultivate their inno-vative spirit, and also an effective means to give play to the role oftextbooks in assisting teaching. In the background of new cur-riculum reform, the teacher should face up to education wisdom,treasure unexpected things, and guide students in the light oftheir general trend, in order to continuously promote the teacher'sprofessional development.
