学生档案对于学校、社会和个人来说都非常重要。然而现阶段学生档案管理存在"无档案意识、无专人负责、无归档规范、无数字化记录"等问题。本文作者提出了基于大数据的高等学校档案管理方法,在信息管理的基础上,希望通过大数据的档案管理方法指导高校人才培养。

Student archives are extremely important for universities, society and individuals. However, there are some problems in the current student archives management, such as lack of archives awareness, specific responsible staff, archives standardization and digital recording.
