高校档案系列职称现状的思考:瓶颈与对策分析

Reflections on the Current Situation of Positional Titles of Archival Series in Colleges and Universities: Bottleneck and Countermeasure Analysis

随着高校人事制度改革的推进,职称评审工作已经成为高校工作者为之努力的首要任务。高校档案系列职称工作是职称工作中不可缺少的一部分,日渐凸显出它的分量。笔者从高校档案系列职称工作的种类和评审标准要求入手、分析其现状,针对日趋瓶颈化的客观现状提出自己的一点见解和对策分析。

Along with the advancement of the personnel system reform of colleges and universities, title appraisal work has become a work of top priority for college workers. The work for titles of archival series in colleges is an integral part of the title work,and its importance has been increasingly highlighted. Starting from the varieties and appraisal standards of the work for titles of archival series in colleges, this paper analyzes its current situation, and proposes some personal views and countermeasures to deal with the increasingly awkward situation.
