摘要
2009年,国家发改委实施拉动内需工程,部分县级以上医院争取到中央政府投资开展基本建设。与同期本省其他医院相比,安徽中医药大学第二附属医院用最短的时间,顺利完成了从拆迁到建成投入使用的全部工作,很好地发挥了投资效益,其成功之处在于通过财务人员全程参与,实行预算管理,科学核算,有效控制财务风险。
In the year of 2009, National Development and Reform Commission started to implement the project of stimulating domestic demands, so some hospitals at or above the county level have won the central government investment to implement infrastructure construction. Compared with other hospitals of Anhui Province over the same period, No.2 Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine successfully completed the entire work from demolition to final construction and operation in the shortest period, having effectively achieved the investment efficiency. Its success lies in the whole-process participation of financial staff who implemented budget management and scientific accounting, thus effectively controlling financial risks.
