摘要 随着李克强总理"引导一批本科高校向应用技术型高校转型"的工作部署,随着政策的落实与推进,全国高校都在思考着如何转型的问题。如何培养应用型人才,如何成功转型也成为现阶段探讨的热门话题。高校学前教育专业培养的学生不仅应该掌握扎实的理论知识、技能知识,具备一定的科研能力,还应该具备较强的岗位意识、责任意识。 Along with Prime Minister Li Keqiang's work deploy-ment, "leading the transformation of a group of undergraduate colleges and universities to applied and technical colleges and u-niversities", as well as the policy implementation and progress, colleges and universities nationwide are thinking about the prob-lem of how to transform. How to cultivate applied talents and how to successfully transform has become a hot topic of present study. Students cultivated in university preschool education major should not only master solid theory knowledge, skills and certain scientific research ability, but also possess strong consciousness of post and responsibility.
