摘要
目的:研究和探讨分阶段实施目标教学在内分泌科临床带教中的应用及效果。方法:选取我院2013年9月~2014年9月在内分泌科实习的60例临床医学生为研究对象,随机分为A组(30例,分阶段实施目标教学法带教),B组(30例,常规带教法带教),对比两组实习医学生在临床带教中的效果。结果:A组实习医学生理论成绩、操作成绩、对带教满意率均显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:在内分泌科临床带教中实施分阶段目标教学法能够提高带教质量及实习医学生对带教的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To research and explore the application and effect of stage-based teaching with the implementation of objec-tives in the clinical instructing and teaching of endocrinology de-partment. Method:60 clinical medical students practicing in the endocrinology department of our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected as the research objective, and they were randomly divided into Group A (30 students, using stage-based teaching with the implementation of objectives) and Group B (30 students, using common instructing and teaching method), and then the effects of clinical instructing and teaching between the two groups were compared. Result: The theory and operation performance and satisfaction with instructing and teaching of Group A interns are significantly higher than those of Group B interns, and the difference is of statistical significance (p〈0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of stage-based teaching with the implementation of objectives in the clinical in-structing and teaching of endocrinology department can improve the quality of instructing and teaching and interns' satisfaction with instructing and teaching, so it is worthy of clinical popular-ization.
