Improving Teachers' Morality and Loving Students Based on Their Own Situations

作为一名教师应学会比较,善于比较,通过机遇和更差的比,干劲和更足的比,道德和高尚的比,目标和接近的比,将来和更强的比,需要和入党时比,不断反思,不断成长,努力提升师德修养,成为自己心目中的好老师,学生、家长、同事心目中的好老师和人民满意"德艺双馨"的好老师。实施新课改的核心理念是以人为本,关注每一位学生,为了每一位学生的发展。对教师来说就是要以人为本,因生施爱,做到尊重并"偏爱"后进生;鼓励并"博爱"中等生;赏识并"严爱"优秀生。

As a teacher, one should learn to compare and be adept in comparison. Through comparing with those with worse oppor-tunities, more sufficient enthusiasm, more noble morality and more promising future, those who are approaching their targets and those new Party members, a teacher can constantly reflect and continuously develop, thus improving his morality and be-coming a qualified teacher with both excellent moral quality and superb teaching skills. The core concept of the new curriculum reform is people-orientation, namely, paying attention to every student and promoting every student＇s development. As for teachers, they should love students based on their own situations：respecting and favoring backward students;encouraging and car-ing about middle-level students; appreciating excellent students and proposing higher requirements for them.
