摘要
为了提高小学语文教育中学生人文素养培养的成效,本文就在简要阐述了在小学语文教育中培养学生人文素养的重要性的基础上,分析了目前小学语文教育中学生人文素养的培养所遇到的两点问题,即:当前小学语文课堂教学的理念和教学的方法有待提升;任课教师自身的人文素养水平有待提升,并在此基础之上,结合小学语文教学的特点和小学生的实际情况,提出了重视教材中的人文挖掘,寓教于情;强化学生的自我提升意识,加强人文指导;提高教师的人文素养,发挥示范作用三点教学策略。
To improve the effectiveness of humanistic quality cul-tivation in primary Chinese education, this paper, based on a brief elaboration on the importance of cultivating humanistic quality in primary Chinese education, analyzes the two problems of humanistic quality cultivation encountered in the current pri-mary Chinese education, namely, the ideas and methods of the current primary Chinese classroom teaching need to be improved;the humanistic quality and level of teachers needs to be im-proved. On basis of the two problems, this paper proposes three teaching strategies combined with the characteristics of primary Chinese teaching and the actual situations of pupils, including emphasizing humanistic discovery in textbooks and integrating teaching with emotions, strengthening students' consciousness of self-improvement and enhancing humanistic guidance, and im-proving teachers' humanistic quality and giving play to their ex-emplary role.
