独立学院教务工作的阶段性特征及其方法研究——以现代科技学院教务工作为例

Research on the Stage Characteristics and Methods of Educational Administration Work in Independent Colleges:A Case Study on the Educational Administration Work of College of Modern Science and Technology of China Jiliang University

随着独立学院在浙江的全面发展,浙江的独立学院的各项工作,从某种意义上来说已经进入到一个相对稳定的发展阶段,独立学院教务工作在独立学院的发展和运行中起着不可替代的重要作用,但是,作为独立学院的教务工作因独立学院发展阶段的特殊性和培养目标、培养方式的不同,自身也会呈现不同的特点,这一特点集中体现为教务工作的阶段性特征,对于这样一个阶段性特征,独立学院的教务工作的方法也需要做出相应的调整和梳理,本文即是以中国计量学院现代科技学院为例对独立学院教务工作的阶段性特征及其方法进行梳理和研究。

With the comprehensive development of independent colleges in Zhejiang, various items of work in independent col-leges of Zhejiang, in a sense, have entered a relatively stable de-velopment stage. Educational administration work plays an irre-placeable role in the development and running of independent colleges, but due to the particular development characteristics and different cultivation aims and styles, educational administra-tion work in independent colleges will show different characteris-tics which are embodied in the stage characteristics of education-al administration work. In accordance with the stage characteris-tics, the methods of educational administration work in indepen-dent colleges should also be adjusted and re-arranged accord-ingly. Exemplified by College of Modern Science and Technology of China Jiliang University, this paper summarizes and studies the stage characteristics and methods of educational administra-tion work of independent colleges.
