On the Strengthening of Talent Team Construction for Information Management Center by Using System Engineering Theory

信息管理中心人才是高校人才方阵中的特殊人才,要从长远建设的需要出发,选拔那些素质、学历层次较高,发展潜力较大,有一定专业功底和实践经验的人员组成,并运用系统工程理论的观点加强这支队伍建设,不断提高信息管理中心规范化建设水平,努力为高校教学科研服务。

Information management center talents are special ones among university talents. We should start from the need of long-term construction, select talents with higher quality and a-cademic level, higher development potential, as well as certain professional knowledge and practice experience. And then system engineering theory should be used to construct the team, so as to continuously improve the standardized construction of informa-tion management center and strive to serve university teaching and research.
