摘要
本文主要从中国社会培训教育行业特点及问题分析中国社会培训教育发展现状,并根据社会培训教育发展中存在的问题提出发展策略。中国社会培训教育发展速度迅猛、行业规模大,社会培训教育行业呈现学校与非学校并重、自主性与社会性、国外培训和国内培训共存特点。在社会培训教育行业蓬勃发展时期,行业发展的内部联系不足、教育培训不符合时代要求、培训教育的目标发生偏差、品牌发展不足等问题也越来越严重。因而要从加强培训教育行业内部联系、提高社会培训教育行业的规范性,形成优质品牌、加强国内外交流合作三个方面着手,促进中国社会培训教育健康发展。
This paper mainly analyzes the development situation of social training and education in China from its characteristics and problems, and proposes development strategies in accor-dance with the existing problems. Social training and education develops rapidly in China and its scale is large, and it emphasizes both school and non-school, both autonomy and society, both foreign training and domestic training. But in the prosperous de-velopment of social training and education, some problems are increasingly severe, such as insufficient internal relationship within the industry, outdated education and training contents, er-rors in goals of training and education, and insufficient brand de-velopment. Therefore, we should enhance the internal relation-ship within the industry, improve the standardization of the in-dustry, and establish quality brands and strengthen foreign and domestic communication and cooperation, so as to promote the healthy development of social training and education in China.
