驾驶人考试电子签章技术的应用包括驾驶人体检认证联网、考官电子认证及签章以及考试过程档案电子化。通过驾驶人业务管理系统、网上报名约考系统、电子评判设备、考试监管系统等信息化手段的实施,极大地推动了驾驶人考试过程的信息化。但这些系统间数据传递还停留在手工签字、纸质传递的状态。为此拟开发综合认证平台。通过RFID技术、DES加密技术、数字水印技术并对已有系统进行整合,实现驾驶人考试过程的整体信息化。

The application of electronic signature technology for driver test includes the driver physical examination,the examiner electronic authentication and the electronic file of test process. By the actualizing of informatization means such as the business management system of driver,online registration system,electronic evaluation equipment and the test regulatory system,the informatization process of driver test process has been heavily promoted. But the data transmission between these systems is still in a condition of manual signature and paper transferring,so this paper develops the integrating authentication platform. With the RFID technology,DES encryption technology,digital watermarking technology and the existing system integration,the overall informatization of drivers test process is realized.
