摘要
文章将高层次科技创新人才发展环境分为科技、社会、经济、生活和人才市场环境5个子环境,选取27项指标,运用熵值法对山西省和其余中部五省的人才发展环境进行了评价和对比分析。研究表明中部六省的人才发展环境呈现出"两头弱中间强"的特点,山西省人才市场环境表现较差,科技、经济和生活环境有待改善,社会环境需要继续努力保持。
In this paper,the development environment of the innovative talents of high level technology is classified into science and technology, society, economy, life and the talent market environment of the five sub environment. An evaluation and comparative analysis has been made between the development environment of talents in Shanxi and other five provinces of Central China with entropy method based on 27 indexes. The research shows the characteristics of the central six province talent development environment presents"two weak intermediate strong", Shanxi province talent market environment of poor performance, environmental science and technology,economy and life needs to be improved,the need to continue efforts to maintain social environment.
