以济南铁路局管内辛泰线燕家庄站内2号道岔全抛施工为例,是国内首次既有线道岔清筛作业,利用道岔清筛机对既有线道岔进行道床全抛的的施工工艺,在封锁天窗为180 min的条件下对施工中主要工序及控制要点进行研究,形成了一套完整的施工方法,经现场施工检验,效果良好,可为相关工程施工提供参考。
