摘要
采用PCR-SSCP方法检测中国环颈雉脂肪型-脂肪酸合成酶(A-FABP)和脂蛋白酶(LPL)基因多态性,并对多态位点不同基因型及聚合基因型与中国环颈雉的胸肌和腿肌肌内脂肪(IMF)含量进行关联性分析。结果表明,A-FABP基因检测到1个突变位点,LPL基因检测到2个突变位点,均产生3种基因型,关联性分析表明:A-FABP基因和LPL基因的3个位点与中国环颈雉胸肌IMF含量显著相关(P<0.05),AA、CC和EE为有利单基因型。3种有利单基因型聚合个体中的AACC和AAEE的胸肌IMF含量显著高于其它基因型聚合个体(P<0.05)。
PCR- SSCP method was used to identify the polymorphism in the A- FABP gene and LPL gene. Associations between the foundedpolymorphism sites as well as pyramiding genotypes and intramuscular fat(IMF) contents in breast and thigh muscles were tested by least aquareanalysis. Three polymorphism sites were indentified, and had three genotypes. The association analyis showed that the founded polymorphismsites of A- FABP and LPL genes had signfificant effects on breast muscle IMF contents( P 〈 0.05). The AA, CC and EE were advantageousgenotypes.The pyramiding genotype AACC and AAEE had higher breast muscle IMF contents than that of other pyramiding genotypes(P〈0.05).
