饲料盲样中重金属元素铁和铜含量的测定研究

摘要 采用干法消解技术对饲料盲样进行前处理,利用原子吸收光谱法测定了盲样的铁和铜含量。为了确保盲样考核结果的准确性,实验重点考虑取样量的大小、质控样质控、标准曲线浓度点的设定等关键因素。结果表明,质控样测定结果准确,为上报实验结果提供了有利的数据支持。 The feed blind sample was pretreated by a dry digestion process,and the iron and copper components were determined by atomic ab-sorption spectroscopy. Some parameters including dosage of samples, control of quality control sample and point design in the standard curve ofconcentrations were investigated in details in order that the evaluation of performance could be accurate. The experimental results showed thatthe measurement of quality control sample was precise,and it provided valuable data support to make a final conclusion.
