摘要
双液浆能够克服单一水泥浆胶凝时间长、水析性大和稳定性差等缺点,通过将不同比例的双液浆掺入到水玻璃中,可以充分改善胶凝时间和稳定性,同时还可以改善单一水泥浆的渗透性,扩大地基加固处理的使用范围。结合工程实例,讨论双液高压注浆的作用机理、施工工艺流程和施工出现特殊情况时的处理措施。实践结果表明:采用双液高浆技术解决人工挖桩成孔问题,可避免在动水作用下形成流泥出现坍孔现象,是一种安全、经济且环保性较好的施工工艺。
Sodium silitcae cement slurry overcomes the single slurry gel for a long time ,large water analysis and poor stability ,w ater glass through the incorporation of different proportions sufficient to improve the stability and gel time ,and also improves the permeability of a single slurry ,expanded use of foundation reinforcement treatment .This article relies on engineering examples ,discuss two‐fluid pressure grouting mechanism of action , the construction process and construction measures to deal with special circumstances ,practical results show that the use of two liquid slurry solve high pile into a hand‐dug hole is formed under extreme mud flow hydrodynamic effects problem prone hole collapse ,is a safe ,economical construction technology and under pressure injection of the environmental impact .
