短暂性脑缺血发作合并抑郁与社会支持的关系

Relationship between Depression and Social Support in Patients with Transient Ischemic Attack

目的:探讨社会支持对短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)合并抑郁的重要作用。方法:对276例TIA患者进行汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD,17项)心理测试,筛选出合并抑郁患者129例作为研究组,无抑郁症状的147例为对照组,均进行社会支持评定量表测试,比较两组客观支持、主观支持因子及支持利用度的差异。结果:TIA合并抑郁发生率46.74%,研究组客观支持、主观支持因子得分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组支持利用度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TIA患者易合并较明显的抑郁症状,社会支持因素对其发挥重要作用。

Objective： To investigate the role of social support in patients of transient ischemic attack（ TIA） with depression. Method： A total of 276 patients of TIA were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD,17）. Patients were divided into observation group（ 129 cases） and control group（ 147 cases）. Social support rating scale were performed tests,compared two groups of objective support,subjective support and support utilization degree of difference. Result： 46.74% rate of TIA combined depression,objective support,subjective support factor scores the study group were significantly lower than the control group（ P 0.01）. Utilization of support groups was not statistically significant（ P 0.05）. Conclusion： TIA patients tend to merge more obvious symptoms of depression,social support factors play an important role in it.
