微瓣吻合技术在慢性泪囊炎鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术中的应用

Application of Mucosal Microflap Anastomotic Technique in the Endoscopic Dacryocystorhinostomy

目的：报道在鼻内镜下行泪囊鼻腔造口术时使用微瓣吻合技术治疗慢性泪囊炎的手术方法及疗效。方法：在49例（58眼）慢性泪囊炎患者鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术中应用微瓣吻合技术,术后随访以患者症状的改善及鼻内镜评估为主要观察指标。结果：随访2∽12月,治愈48例（57眼）,好转1眼,治愈率为98.2%。结论：利用微瓣吻合技术在鼻内镜下治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效显著,具有面部无切口疤痕、出血少、手术操作简单等优点。

Objective： To explore endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with mucosal microflap anastomic technique in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and follow- up results achieved with this procedure.Method： Operative and postoperative data were collected on 49 chronic dacryocystitis patients（ 58 eyes） who underwent endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with mucosal microflap anastomic technique and the effect of surgery was evaluated including symptom relief and endoscopic assessment. Result： Patients were followedup from 2 to 12 months after the surgery,yielding a success rate of 98.2%（ 57 / 58 eyes）. Conclusion： Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with mucosal microflap anastomic technique is an effective approach for chronic dacyocystorhinostomy,and it is an easy and safe procedure to perfom which avoids of surgical scar on the face and bleeding during the operation.
