摘要
分析了安徽晋煤中能化工股份有限公司10万t/a蒽醌法过氧化氢装置存在的萃余高、制约提升系统流量因素多、影响系统产量因素多等问题的原因,采取了相应的改造措施,结果表明:2013年萃余降至0.10g/L,总经济效益达到80.71万元。
Author has analyzed the reason of problems with high raffinate existed in hydrogen peroxide plant with a capacity of 100 kt / a,with many flow factors restricting the lifting system,and with many production factors influencing system and so on,therefore the appropriate reformation measure was adopted in the Anhui Jinmei Zhongneng Chemical Engineering Stock Company Ltd.,result indicates that raffinate is lowered to 0. 10 g / L,the total economic benefit reaches to 807 100 Yuan RMB.
