上颌矢状扩弓的动物实验研究

摘要 目的探讨矢状方向扩弓对生长发育期新西兰大白兔上颌骨骨改建的影响。方法选择8周龄新西兰大白兔15只,随机分为实验组8只,对照组7只。实验组动物全天戴用自制的上颌矢状扩弓矫治器,对照组不做任何处理为自然生长。扩弓2周后,将所有动物处死取上颌组织,沿上颌骨矢状方向切片,行常规HE染色。在电子显微镜下观察样本上腭区的组织学变化。结果实验组上颌骨腭部骨边缘成骨细胞增生活跃,有大量的成骨细胞呈带状聚集,而对照组的上颌骨腭部可见骨边缘有不等量的成骨细胞和较为微弱的成骨活动。实验组和对照组的成骨细胞数量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生长发育期的新西兰大白兔上颌矢状方向扩弓可引起前腭部骨改建及生长。 Objective To investigate effect of maxillae sagittal expansion on maxillary bone remodeling in New Zealand white rabbits during growth and development. Methods Fifty-eight New Zealand white rabbits (8-week age) were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 8 rabbits in experimental group and 7 rabbits in control group. The rabbits in experimental group wore self-made maxillary expansion appliances for two weeks,however,the rabbits in control group were not treated any. After two weeks, all the rabbits were sacrificed and their maxillae tissues were taken out to 15repare slices along sagittal direction of maxillae, then which were performed by routine HE staining. Finally the histological changes of maxillae were observed under electron microscope. Results The proliferation of maxilla palatal marginal bone osteoblast in experimental group was active, with abundant osteoblasts showing girdle-shaped aggregation, however, the activity of the osteoblast in maxilla palatal region in control group was lower, There were significant differences in the osteoblast numbers between experimental group and control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The maxillae sagittal expansion in New Zealand rabbits during growth and development can cause anterior palate bone remodeling and growth.
