摘要 目的:探讨超声弹性成像技术在诊断甲状腺良恶性结节中的应用。方法:选择甲状腺疾病患者104例,均经手术及病理证实。所有患者均接受病例检查及弹性超声检查,以病理检查结果为标准判断超声弹性成像在诊断甲状腺良恶结节中的灵敏度与特异度。结果:在104个甲状腺结节中,超声弹性分期为0级的患者15例,均为良性结节;超声弹性分期为Ⅰ级的患者24例,均为良性结节;超声弹性分期为Ⅱ级的患者41例,其中良性30例,恶性2例。良性病变在超声弹性分期0~Ⅱ级共计78例,诊断准确率为84.78%。恶性病变在超声弹性分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ级的共计42例,漏诊2例,诊断准确率为95.23%。结论:超声弹性成像技术可以较为准确的判断甲状腺结节的弹性分级,有助于帮助临床医生鉴别良恶性甲状腺结节。 Objectiye To evaluate the application of ultrasound elasticity imaging techniques in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 104 cases of patients with thyroid diseases,which were confirmed by operation and pathology.All patients received the case examination and elastic ultrasonic examination,the pathological findings as the standard to judge the sensitivity of ultrasound elastography in diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules and specificity.Results The 104 thyroid nodules in ultrasound elasticity stage, 15 cases in grade 0 of the patients,are benign nodules;ultrasonic elastic stage 24 patients with grade I,are benign nodules;ultrasonic elastic stage H grade 41 cases of patients,including 30 benign cases,2 cases of malignant.Benign lesions in ultrasound elasticity stage 0-2 a total of 78 cases,the accurate diagnostic rate was 84.78%.Malignant lesions in ultrasound elasticity stage Ill ~IV in 42 cases, 2 cases were missed diagnosis,the diagnostic accuracy was 95.23%.Conclusion Ultrasound elasticity imaging technique can be elastic classification of thyroid nodules more accurate judgment,help clinicians in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
