摘要
为了研究1头10日龄病死乳猪的发病原因,试验通过解剖尸体分离获得1株革兰阳性杆菌,采用细菌形态观察、生化试验、PCR鉴定和序列比对分析的方法对菌株进行鉴定。结果表明:该菌株为猪红斑丹毒丝菌,其16S r DNA序列与ATCC 19414菌株(登录号为AB055905)的一致性高达100%;并且该菌株对氨苄西林、氯霉素、利奈唑胺、青霉素、万古霉素、头孢曲松、红霉素、苯唑西林等较为敏感。说明该病例的发病原因是感染了猪红斑丹毒丝菌。
To study the cause of disease from a 10- day- old dead piglet,a strain of Gram positive bacillus was isolated from the organ samples by autopsy. The strain was identified using the observation of bacterial morphology,biochemical identification,PCR identification and sequence analysis. The results showed that the isolated bacterial strain was Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae. The consistency of its 16 S r DNA sequence with the reference strain ATCC 19414( accession number AB055905) was up to 100%. The drug susceptibility test showed that the strain was more sensitive to ampicillin,chlorampenicol,linezolid,penicillin,vancomycin,ceftriaxone,erythromycin,oxacillin and so on. The results indicate that the cause of disease in the case was the infection of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae.
