摘要 [目的]了解施磷量对黔南烤烟感官质量的影响,为节约烟草施肥成本提供借鉴。[方法]通过小区试验研究了施磷量对黔南烤烟感官质量的影响。[结果]施磷量63.00 kg/hm2有利于改善烤烟香气质、杂气、细腻度、劲头、刺激性和余味,施磷量高于或低于63.00kg/hm2都不利于改善烤烟感官质量。施磷量对烤烟香气量、浓度和回甜度无影响。[结论]试验结果为烟草施磷提供了参考。 [Objective] Effect of phosphorus application on sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco in Qiannan Autonomous Prefecture was understood to provide reference for saving fertilizer application cost of tobacco. [Method] Effect of phosphorus application on sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco in Qiannan Autonomous Prefecture was studied through plot test. [Result] The application rate of phosphorus with 63. 00 kg/hm2 helped sensory quality by increasing quality of aroma quality,offensive odor,delicateness degree,physiological strength,irritation and after taste,and phosphorus application above or below this rate was not conducive to improving the sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco. Phosphorus application had no effected on aroma volume,smoke concentration,sweetness of flue-cured tobacco sensory quality. [Conclusion]The results provide reference for phosphorus application of tobacco.
