摘要 [目的]筛选影响玉米穗粒质量的主要因子,为高产杂交组合选育提供参考。[方法]以81个参试玉米杂交新组合为研究对象,对主要性状进行相关分析和通径分析,建立多元线性回归方程。[结果]秃尖长、穗轴质量、穗长、百粒质量和行粒数变异系数较大,百粒质量、株高、穗位高、生育期、穗轴质量、穗周长和行粒数与穗粒质量极显著、显著正相关。穗粒质量与穗位高、生育期、穗轴质量、穗行数、行粒数和百粒质量多元直线正相关。[结论]选择杂交新组合,应将百粒质量放在首位,关注行粒数、生育期、穗轴质量和穗位高。 [Objective] Main characters affecting ear grain quality of maize were screened out to provide reference for breeding high yielding hybrids. [Method] Correlation analysis and path analysis on main characters of 81 maize hybrids were carried out,and multivariate linear regression equation was established. [Result] Rare ear length,ear axis quality,ear length,100-grain mass and kernel number of per row had larger coefficient of variation,and 100-grain mass,plant height,ear height,growth period,ear axis quality,ear perimeter and kernel number of per row had very significant and significant positive correlation with ear kernel quality. The ear kernel quality had multivariate linear positive correlation with ear height,growth period,ear axis quality,ear rows,kernel number of per row and 100-grain mass. [Conclusion] When new maize hybrids were screened,100-grain mass was put in the first place,and kernel number of per row,growth period,ear axis quality and ear height should be also paid attention.
