摘要
[目的]探讨桑树扦插成活率与净光合速率之间的相关性。[方法]选取性状优良、产叶量高、适合北方地区栽植的14个桑品种作为试验材料,采用常规扦插法和日光温床下通风倒催根法进行扦插试验,筛选出扦插成活率高可扦插育苗的桑树品种。测定14个桑品种的扦插成活率和净光合速率,并分析其相关性。[结果]扦插成活率高的桑树品种为071、072和鲁插1号,而净光合速率高的品种为湖桑32号、鲁诱8号、鲁诱1号。常规扦插成活率与催根扦插成活率存在显著相关;常规扦插成活率与净光合速率存在负相关,相关系数为-0.209,而根扦插与净光合速率也存在负相关,相关系数为-0.241。[结论]鲁插1号适于用作可扦插育苗的桑品种,进行大面积推广应用。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the relationship between the cutting survival rate and net photosynthetic rate of mulberry. [Method]Selecting 14 mulberry varieties with good characters,high leaf yield and suitable for planting in northern regions as test materials,the cutting test was conducted by using conventional cutting method and ventilation root-accelerating method to screen out mulberry varieties for cutting with high cutting survival rate. The cutting survival rate and net photosynthetic rate of 14 mulberry varieties were determined.And their relationship was analyzed. [Result] The mulberry varieties with higher cutting survival rate were 071,072 and Lucha 1. And the mulberry varieties with higher net photosynthetic rate were Husang 32,Luyou 8 and Luyou 1. There was a significant correlation between the conventional cutting survival rate and root-accelerating cutting survival rate of mulberry. There was a negative correlation between the conventional cutting survival rate and net photosynthetic rate with the correlation coefficient of-0. 209. There was a negative correlation between the root-accelerating cutting survival rate and net photosynthetic rate with the correlation coefficient of-0. 241. [Conclusion] Lucha 1 could be used as the mulberry variety for cutting and popularized and applied in a large scale.
