摘要
[目的]探讨幼獐活体取乳的最佳日龄。[方法]2014年6-7月,在杭州富阳市养獐场开展幼獐活体取乳试验研究。[结果]随着幼獐日龄的增加,取乳量也随之增加,但相邻日龄之间差异不显著,相隔2 d以上的幼獐取乳量存在显著差异。幼獐术后存活率呈现"两头低中间高"的特征。[结论]幼獐的最佳取乳时期是18-19日龄,而最佳取乳量为133-146 g。
[Objective]The research aimed to explore the optimum day age of taking milk of young roe deer in vivo.[Method]The experiment of taking milk of young roe deer was carried out in the roe deer farm in Fuyang City of Hangzhou from June to July of 2014.[Result]The milktaking amount of young roe deer was increased with the day age. There was no significant difference of milk-taking amount between adjacent day ages,but there was significant difference of milk-taking amount between at least interval 2 day ages. The postoperative survival rate of young roe deer showed the trend of"low,high,low".[Conclusion]The optimum day age of taking milk of young roe deer was 18-19 day-old,and the best milk-taking amount was 133-146 g.
