摘要
我国政府绩效管理中忽视了生态环境方面的问题,生态环境问题日益严重,背离了可持续发展的轨迹。我国政府开始重视生态问题,而绩效管理是政府改革的主要切入点。通过对生态文明视角下政府绩效管理的现状和问题及制约因素的分析,提出转变观念、绩效管理主体多元化等对策,为政府绩效管理的改革提供参考。
China's government performance management neglected ecological environmental problems,ecological environment problem is increasingly serious,departing from the sustainable development track. In recent years the Chinese government started to pay attention to ecological problems,and performance management is the main point of government reform,based on the analysis of present situation and problems and restrictive factors of the government performance management from the perspective of ecological civilization,puts forward changing the idea of performance management,diversification and so on,to provide reference for the reform of government performance management.
