摘要
目的 构建护理绩效独立考核指标体系。方法 采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,通过2轮26名专家咨询建立护理绩效独立考核指标体系。结果 2轮专家咨询的权威系数分别为0.908和0.904,判断依据分别为0.958和0.960,熟悉程度分别为0.858和0.848。最终确定的护理绩效独立考核指标体系包括2个维度;一级指标10项,二级指标33项;一、二级指标的变异系数(CV)介于0.097-0.161。结论 本护理绩效独立考核指标体系专家意见集中,结果科学可靠,为护理人员的科学配置和护理绩效奖金的客观测算提供了科学依据,有利于护理岗位管理的推进。
Objective To build a independent nursing performance appraisal indicators system. Methods Delphi technique was adopted in this study. The independent nursing performance appraisal indicators were identified through two rounds of consultation of 26 experts. Results The authority coefficient in the two rounds of experts consultation was 0.908 and 0.904 respectively; the judgment coefficient was 0.958 and 0.960 respectively,the familiarity coefficient was 0.858 and 0.848 respectively. The independent nursing performance appraisal indicators system consisted of two dimensions,10 primary indicators and 33 secondary indicators. The coefficient variation of primary and secondary indicators ranged from 0.097 to 0.161. Conclusion The independent nursing performance appraisal indicators system is scientific and reliable. It provides a scientific basis for nurse staffing and objective performance appraisal,which may promote the advance of nursing post management.
