盐酸丙美卡因点眼减轻斜视患儿全身麻醉苏醒期躁动的效果研究

Effect of proparacaine hydrochloride eye drops on emergence agitation after general anaesthesia in pediatric strabismus surgery

目的 观察盐酸丙美卡因滴眼液点眼对全身麻醉斜视矫正术后患儿苏醒期躁动的预防作用。方法 选择3-12岁全身麻醉下行斜视矫正术患儿258例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组在手术结束前结膜囊内滴入0.5%盐酸丙美卡因滴眼液1-2滴,对照组在手术结束前滴0.9%生理盐水1-2滴。术毕清醒拔除气管导管后送入麻醉后恢复室（postanesthesia care unit,PACU）。观察并记录患儿苏醒期躁动发生情况,评估躁动程度。结果 两组躁动发生率比较,观察组躁动发生率12.4%,对照组躁动发生率31.8%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 盐酸丙美卡因滴眼液对患儿全身麻醉斜视术后苏醒期躁动的发生有一定的预防作用。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of proparacaine hydrochloride eye drops on emergence agitation after general anesthesia in pediatric strabismus surgery. Methods Totally 258 children receiving strabismus surgery,aged 3 to 12 years old,were randomly divided into two groups. At the end of surgery,the control group received 1 to 2 drops of isotonic saline,and the experimental group received 1 to 2 drops of proparacaine hydrochloride eye drops. The incidence and the degree of emergence agitation were recorded. Results The experimental group showed significantly lower occurrence of emergence agitation（12.4%） than the control group（31.8%;P〈0.05）.Conclusion It was feasible to give proparacaine hydrochloride eye drops for reducing emergence agitation after general anesthesia in pediatric strabismus surgery.
