月经症状量表中文版的信度和效度评价

The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Menstrual Distress Questionnaire

目的 翻译修订韩文版月经症状量表（Menstrual Distress Questionnaire,MDQ）形成中文版MDQ,并分析其信度和效度。方法 按照量表的编译程序,将韩文版MDQ翻译为中文,形成中文版MDQ,通过多阶段抽样的方法,抽取中国不同地区12所大学72个班2508名女大学生为调查对象,使用中文版MDQ评定女大学生经前期综合征的症状得分,分析该量表的信效度。结果 中文版MDQ经主成分分析提取6个因子,各因子的条目载荷均≥0.6,共同因子累计总变异的解释率为63.474%,结构效度良好;总体Cronbach＇sα系数0.937（P〈0.001）,各维度的Cronbach＇sα系数在0.652-0.862。结论 中文版MDQ具有较好的信度和效度,为今后月经症状的量性研究提供了科学有效的评估工具,为减轻中国育龄妇女经前期综合征（premenstrual syndrome,PMS）症状的干预研究提供了研究基础。

Objective To translate the Korean Menstrual Distress Questionnaire（ MDQ） into Chinese version and analyze its reliability and validity. Methods The Korean MDQ was translated into Chinese version. The reliability and validity of the Chinese version MDQ was tested in 2508 female college students from 72 classes in 12 colleges and universities. Results Factor analysis identified six factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 63.474%. The Cronbach＇s α coefficient of the total scale was 0.937（P0.001） and the Cronbach＇s α coefficient of each factor ranged from 0.652 to 0.862. Conclusion The Chinese version of MDQ has good reliability and validity. It provides a scientific assessment tool for quantitative research on menstrual symptoms and provides basis for intervention studies of premenstrual syndrome among Chinese women of childbearing age.
