摘要
目的:探讨经阴道超声在不孕症中的临床应用价值。方法:选取180例不孕症患者为研究对象,对所有患者均采用经阴道超声和经腹部超声两种检测方法,记录所有患者经两种超声检测的结果数据,比较其卵泡监测的结果和宫腔疾病的检测结果。结果:对于卵泡监测数据,阴道超声在小卵泡和卵丘数目上与经腹部超声检测比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在成熟卵泡数据方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经阴道超声在子宫内膜炎、宫腔粘连和子宫内膜息肉方面显示有更清晰准确的结果(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道超声在不孕症患者的临床监测中效果优于腹部超声监测,数据更灵敏准确,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of transvaginal ultrasound in infertility. Methods 180 cases of infertility in our hospital were chosen and examined using vaginal ultrasound and the abdominal ultrasound. The data of follicle monitoring and uterine disease detection results were compared. Results The differences of follicle monitoring data,small follicles and cumulus oophorus were statisti-cally significant（P〈0. 05）. Mature follicle data no significant statistical difference（P〉0. 05）. Endometritis,intrauterine adhesions and en-dometrial polyps detected with transvaginal ultrasound were significantly better than abdomen ultrasound（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Transvagi-nal ultrasound showed more advantage in examination of infertility than abdomen ultrasound,worth clinical application.
