洛伐他汀致合并抑郁障碍等疾病患者横纹肌溶解症1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 横纹肌溶解症（Rhabdomyolysis，RM）是由于骨骼肌细胞破坏影响细胞膜完整性，致细胞内成分入血，引起内环境紊乱、急性肾衰竭等组织器官损害并可致死的一组临床综合征。RM的诊断需要结合病史，临床表现，及实验室等辅助检查，早期诊断有一定困难。现报告如下。
