锁骨钩钢板与克氏针张力带治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折疗效探讨

The efficacy investigate of treatment dislocation of acromioclavicular joint and fracture of distal clavicle by clavicular hook plate and kirschner wire tension belt

目的:探讨锁骨钩钢板与克氏针张力带治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折疗效情况。方法:分析收治的肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折患者50例临床资料,依据治疗措施不同进行分组,对照组20例和观察组30例。结果:观察组肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折患者临床治疗优良率明显高于对照组,观察组肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折患者内固定松动、肩部疼痛、肩关节活动受限、感染发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折临床疗效明显,预后良好,并发症少,值得推广应用。

Objective To approach efficacy of treatment dislocation of acromioclavicular joint and fracture of distal clavicle by clavicular hook plate and kirschner wire tension belt. Method To analyze 50 cases clinical data of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint and fracture of distal clavicle,which was to be divided into control group 20 cases and observation group 30 cases. Results The excellent rate of clinical treatment of observation group dislocation of acromioclavicular joint and fracture of distal clavicle was higher than control group. Internal fixation loosening、shoulder pain、shoulder joint activity limitation、incidence of infection of observation group dislocation of acromioclavicular joint and fracture of distal clavicle was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of acromioclavicular joint and fracture of distal clavicle by clavicular hook plate is obviously,prognosis is good,complication is less,which is to be used.
