颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术治疗重症高血压性脑出血分析

The Analysis of Intracranial Hematoma Minimally Invasive Surgery in the treatment of Severe Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:分析和研究颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术治疗重症高血压性脑出血临床效果。方法:选取重症高血压性脑出血患者86例,将其按双盲随机方法分为观察组43例与对照组43例。对照组患者给予保守治疗;观察组患者行颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术进行治疗,将两组患者治疗后的临床效果进行对比。结果:治疗6个月后,观察组患者治疗效果良好率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术应用于重症高血压性脑出血患者治疗中,能够有效减轻血肿对脑组织损害与压迫,对改善患者预后及提高患者生活质量均有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method 86 cases of patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected,according to its double blind random method,they were divided into the observation group of 43 cases and a control group of 43 cases. The control group were treated with conservative treatment; the observation group underwent minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma for treatment,the clinical effects of two groups of patients after treatment. Results After 6 months of treatment,patients with good therapeutic effect was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery for severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients,can effectively reduce the damage to the brain tissue and hematoma compression,to improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life of patients has important significance.
