延续护理在精神分裂症患者应用个案管理模式干预的效果

Effect of the case management model of intervention in the application of schizophrenics

目的:研究延续护理精神分裂症患者应用个案管理模式干预的应用效果。方法:选取收治的70例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,根据随机分组法原则,将患者平分为两组,每组各35例病例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用延续性个案管理模式干预,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、认知情况、疾病复发率。结果:1观察组治疗依从性优良率为97.1%,对照组治疗依从性优良率为80.0%,观察组治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2观察组认识情况优于对照组,疾病复发率低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在延续性护理中,采用个案管理模式干预,有利于提高减少疾病的复发,提高患者治疗依从性,促进疾病的恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study effect of the case management model of intervention in the qpplication of schizophrenics. Method Clinical data in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were treated 70 cases of patients with severe mental illness in accordance with the principle of randomization method,patients were equally divided into two groups,35 cases in each group. The control group was given implementation of routine care control group,the observation group was given continuity of case management interventions,treatment compliance,awareness,disease recurrence rate were compared. Results 1good compliance with treatment of observation group was 97. 1%,treatment compliance rate was 80. 0% in the control group treatment compliance of observation group was higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. 2 understanding of the situation in the observation group was better than the control group,the rate of disease recurrence was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the continuity of care,the use of case management interventions will reduce the recurrence of the disease,improve patient compliance with treatment,and promote the recovery of the disease,worthy of clinical application.
